What you will do

• Manage monthly renewal inventory and proactively identify potential backlog risks.
• Analyze underwriting and renewal metrics, including claims experience, premium, and loss ratios, to support renewal strategies.
• Produce and package renewal materials, rate summaries, and advisor/client-ready communication drafts.
• Coordinate the delivery of renewal packages and maintain accurate status and documentation in internal systems.
• Support sales leaders in negotiations by preparing scenario comparisons and running pricing alternates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, administration, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in group insurance, underwriting support, or financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including experience with renewal calculations and loss ratio analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce or other sales workflow tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
