What you will do

• Process broker payables using online banking and accounting platforms.
• Manage accounting inboxes and review registers for aged balances.
• Perform end-of-month duties, including bank reconciliation and auditing AJEs.
• Provide professional customer service via phone and email.
• Handle the mailing of ITCs.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and digital CRM software.
• Practical experience with Accounts Payable and posting Journal Entries.
