TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Specialist (EdTech): Proactive sourcing and candidate screening to scale a growing European team with an accent on passive candidate engagement and market mapping. Focus on identifying high-fit talent for hard-to-fill roles and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Location: Remote, must be based in Poland. Legal right to work in Poland is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
Salary: PLN 8,000–12,000 gross per month

What you will do
- Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and market mapping.
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and specialized hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a subset of roles, from initial brief to offer and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and define candidate profiles.
- Track TA KPIs and maintain pipeline data to identify and mitigate hiring risks.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or proactive sourcing.
- Proven track record of successfully engaging passive candidates.
- Experience working across more than one European market.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Legal right to work in Poland (EU/EEA citizenship or valid permit).
