What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Canada, the US, and the UK from sourcing through to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and support fair, data-driven hiring decisions.
• Explore and implement AI-enabled tools and recruitment analytics to optimize sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive networking and social media outreach.
• Support generalist HR activities, including onboarding administration, policy updates, and employee communications.
• Collaborate on broader People & Culture projects to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in technology-focused or high-volume environments.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, networking, and proactive relationship building.
• Working knowledge of employment legislation and compliance (ESA, OHRC, AODA, PIPEDA).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Rippling.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI-driven tools to improve recruitment efficiency.

Nice to have

• CHRP or CHRL designation (completed or in progress).
