What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse IT roles across the full hiring lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define real hiring needs.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screening to assess technical background, motivation, and fit.
• Coordinate the recruitment process and maintain strong candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
• Ability to assess candidate alignment beyond technical skills.
• Fluent Czech and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
