What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of ~7 TA Business Partners and Recruitment Coordinators through coaching and workload allocation.
• Oversee the quality and timeliness of all recruitment processes, identifying and fixing bottlenecks.
• Personally manage full-cycle recruitment for senior, specialist, and business-critical positions.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Hiring Managers and HRBPs on role profiles, market realities, and salary benchmarks.
• Analyze KPI and pipeline reporting to drive actionable hiring strategies.
• Optimize recruitment workflows using ATS, sourcing tools, and AI to reduce manual workload.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
• 2+ years of experience managing a recruitment team.
• 3+ years of experience hiring for specialist, expert, or managerial roles.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and using recruitment data/KPIs.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Kraków, Poland.
• University degree.
