Salary: $160,000 - $175,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute product line strategies to drive growth and long-term business objectives across North America.
• Own product line financial performance, including forecasting, pricing strategies, and cost management.
• Create and maintain technology roadmaps and product development priorities based on market needs.
• Analyze competitive dynamics and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing, engineering, and sales teams to ensure successful product execution.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, semiconductor partners, and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, product management, or technical business leadership.
• Proven experience with P&L ownership and business management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and commercial strategy.
• Experience in the electrification market is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.

• MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
