What you will do

• Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for mainframe network management solutions.
• Prioritize features by analyzing customer needs and collaborating with the Product Owner.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet quality standards and project deadlines.
• Act as the primary advocate for the product between business requirements and R&D.
• Partner with architecture teams to explore and integrate AI and machine learning technologies.
• Lead sales initiatives and measure customer adoption and retention based on GTM plans.

Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in the US.
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in product management or software development.
• Experience managing cross-functional and cross-disciplinary projects.
• Understanding of software licensing and B2B business models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience defining Go-To-Market plans and collaborating with engineering teams.
