Location: Hybrid (Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, US); preference for candidates located in the Center Valley, PA area
Salary: $110k - $140k (plus bonus)

What you will do
- Lead North America upstream marketing, including voice-of-customer research, market assessment, and competitive analysis.
- Drive downstream marketing execution through positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and launch planning.
- Own clinical pathology strategy by developing expertise in disease states and procedural workflows.
- Develop annual business plans, product forecasts, and pricing recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, quality, and global marketing teams.
- Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform the portfolio roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or commercial roles within medical devices or healthcare.
- Experience with both upstream and downstream marketing and new product development.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to translate clinical pathology and customer insights into actionable business strategies.
- Must be based in the US; preference for candidates in the Center Valley, PA area
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience supporting products in surgical, laparoscopic, or minimally invasive procedure settings.
