What you will do

• Build and manage efficient project pipelines for internal teams and external partners.
• Estimate, schedule, and track marketing projects while resolving production issues.
• Supervise the creation of brand and promotional assets across various channels.
• Coordinate content planning calendars and develop content briefs for Retail, DTC, and B2B teams.
• Manage the marketing operations team, including the licensor approvals team.
• Administer the Asana project management system for the Creative Marketing Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional content marketing experience.
• Proficiency with Asana project management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to strategize around potential roadblocks and manage ambiguity.
• Must be based in or local to Burbank, CA.
