What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, governance structures, and communication plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional and multicultural teams across multiple LATAM markets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving roadblocks.
• Drive change management initiatives to support the adoption of new processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience leading complex initiatives.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of PMI, Agile, Scrum, and/or PDCA methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
