What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale NPI projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Guide project teams through development phases in compliance with Design Control Processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and regulatory departments.
• Manage risk mitigation strategies and contingency actions for technical challenges.
• Track project financials including cost forecasting and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with OEM customers and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory and quality standard compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, technical projects in medical devices or regulated industries.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMP).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel globally (Czech Republic, US) up to 20%.
