Technical Project Manager (Network)

Location: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; hybrid work with up to 2 days per week from home

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end network implementation and migration projects as the primary execution contact.
• Plan project scope, timelines, budgets, rollout activities, and delivery resources.
• Coordinate technical teams, vendors, customers, and regional project management stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to network service deployments and resolve project roadblocks.
• Coordinate pilot migrations, implementation calls, post-implementation reviews, and project dashboards.
• Document technical deliverables, hand them over to operations teams, and record lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience managing and executing network implementation or migration projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and managing customer and vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of network services, delivery processes, project timelines, budgets, scope, and risk management.
• Knowledge of technical documentation and change management practices.
• Ability to drive projects and liaise with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Networking or project management certifications such as CCNP, PMP, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, MS Project, or PowerPoint.
