What you will do

• Lead the implementation of industrial production line projects from planning through execution.
• Prepare project quotations in collaboration with account managers and engineering teams.
• Manage project risks across technical, financial, procurement, and legal domains.
• Ensure effective quality control and resource allocation to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to support project governance.
• Provide performance feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Food Science engineering.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Solid experience leading projects using PMI methodologies.
• Knowledge of industrial production line implementation and equipment commissioning.
• Experience in food or pharmaceutical industries with high regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or progress toward it.
