What you will do

• Lead a squad of Developers and Data Engineers to maintain and enhance digital products, such as supply chain platforms and label management systems.
• Optimize agile ceremonies and remove operational bottlenecks to ensure predictable, high-quality code delivery.
• Track and report on key health indicators, including squad velocity, support performance, and SLA compliance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize the product backlog, balancing long-term strategy with immediate industrial needs.
• Cultivate a high-performing team culture through 1-on-1 feedback, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
• Ensure the team follows high technical standards, including Lean principles, CI/CD automation, and clean code architectures.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading agile teams as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager in complex digital consulting environments.
• Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean IT, and scaling frameworks.
• English: Fluency is mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in Brazil.
• Experience working with industrial, automotive, or global supply-chain clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, or Japanese.
