What you will do

• Coach and mentor clients and teams to solve organizational challenges and adopt agile practices.
• Lead the implementation of AI usage within the team to accelerate innovation.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by setting and managing goals and milestones.
• Create performance dashboards using Tableau or Looker to track and provide key metrics.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, to review project status and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
• Experience managing agile projects of varying size and complexity.
• Excellent English communication and motivation skills.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
