What you will do

• Lead complex enterprise technology implementations and transformation programs.
• Manage project plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies while facilitating executive steering committees.
• Administer Jira and manage backlogs, epics, and sprint planning to ensure high-performance delivery.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate organizational change management practices to address people impacts and adoption.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize project documentation, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be located in Charlotte, NC area and able to work a hybrid schedule
• 8-10 years of experience leading enterprise technology projects.
• Proven expertise managing large-scale platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar.
• Advanced Jira proficiency and deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Strong business analysis, process improvement, and organizational change management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience facilitating executive-level discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience serving as both Project Manager and OCM Lead.
• Consulting or client-facing advisory background.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Prosci, CSM, or SAFe.
• Experience with AI-enabled delivery tools and digital transformation initiatives.
• Industry experience in Telecom, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, or Financial Services.
