Salary: Base salary $80,000–$110,000 + 10% bonus potential

What you will do

• Supervise ground and flight training for Line and Instructor Pilots, including image capture systems troubleshooting.
• Develop and manage a structured IOE program and ensure consistency in training delivery and SOP adherence.
• Implement and maintain company policies, SOPs, manuals, and safety procedures in coordination with the Chief Pilot.
• Provide real-time operational oversight, risk assessment, and decision support for daily flight activities.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure aircraft availability and oversee quality of discrepancy reporting.
• Analyze operational metrics such as capture success and rejection rates to implement performance improvements.

Requirements

• Must hold current CFI and MEI certifications.
• Valid USA passport and FAA medical (1st or 2nd class).
• Minimum 2,500 total flight hours, including 500 multi-engine and 750 cross-country.
• Minimum 2 years of aviation leadership experience and 2 years of teaching experience as a CFI.
• Ability to travel up to 40% annually.
• English proficiency and a Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.

Nice to have

• Aerial survey or aerial imaging operational experience.
• Previous experience as a Chief or Assistant Chief Pilot.
• CFII certification.
• Experience with Part 91 operations.
• Proficiency with Concur, SmartSheet, Teams, and SharePoint.
