Focus on resolving complex simulator deficiencies, executing validation tests (QTG), and ensuring operational readiness of the training center.

Location: Orlando, USA. Occasional work-from-home possibility.

What you will do

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on hirify.global and non-hirify.global flight simulators and associated devices.
• Provide real-time technical phone support and conduct pre-flight tests for customer training.
• Execute aircraft validation tests (QTG) and manage system/computer disk backups.
• Diagnose complex simulator deficiencies and replace defective hardware components.
• Maintain configuration control of software and hardware within C/Unix and Windows environments.
• Log all maintenance activities in the CMMS and update technical documentation.

Requirements

• DEC in Electronic, Computer Science, Aircraft Maintenance, or equivalent.
• Experience in software and electronic modification or manipulation.
• Knowledge of Windows, Unix, C, C++, and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with basic electronic theory and electronic testing equipment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in French and English.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global software (hirify.globalLIB, STARTEAM, visual systems, SIM XXI architecture).
• Understanding of hardware/software interactions within aviation simulation.
• Aeronautical knowledge, including avionics and flight dynamics.
