What you will do

• Execute nationwide on-site installations, routine maintenance, and field support for DFR hardware and drone docks.
• Conduct physical site assessments to verify electrical power, structural mounting, and network connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and local network connectivity issues during deployments.
• Complete detailed installation documentation, service records, and technical field logs.
• Partner with public safety customers and internal teams to ensure safe and compliant installations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Technical experience in field service (low-voltage installations, telecommunications, or surveillance technology).
• Hands-on proficiency with basic networking, electrical systems, and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather, at elevated heights, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to manage 100% nationwide travel independently.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or willingness to obtain it within 45 days of hire).

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor's degree.
• Experience in customer-facing technical support within public safety environments.
