What you will do

• Manage capacity and capability to ensure effective project workflow and resource allocation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads and global customers to define project scopes and technical needs.
• Drive process improvements to achieve financial goals and increase customer loyalty.
• Provide technical guidance and engineering judgment to resolve complex customer issues and complaints.
• Ensure strict adherence to established safety policies and certification standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Location: Must be based in Melville, NY, Northbrook, IL, or Raleigh, NC.
• 3+ years of experience in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) or product certification.
• Experience in power, energy, wiring, or electrical distribution industries.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
