What you will do

• Provide service operations support to internal and external customers according to SLAs.
• Monitor systems, perform diagnostics, and resolve incidents or escalate as needed.
• Manage equipment replacement and maintain stock levels based on company policies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support service continuity.
• Coordinate with local suppliers and act as a customer point of contact.
• Participate in on-call or shift-based support and assist during service cutovers.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, United States
• 2–3 years of experience in network, application, or system support.
• Proven experience working directly with external customers and meeting SLAs.
• Diploma or certificate in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or Telecommunications.
• ITIL Foundation Certificate.
• Familiarity with operations in the Airport or Airline industry.

Nice to have

• Entry-level certifications such as MCSA, MCTS, CCNA, Linux, Oracle, or AIX.
• Experience in the ACM domain.
