Salary: $81,000 - $122,000 a year

What you will do

• Define test requirements, environmental conditions, and necessary instrumentation for lunar lander hardware and software.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and verification documentation for aerospace subsystems and integrated systems.
• Serve as a Certified Test Conductor (CTC) responsible for the safe execution of integration and test procedures.
• Design and oversee the fabrication of tooling and test fixtures.
• Analyze test data, document results, and provide recommendations to engineering leadership to validate hardware.
• Collaborate with Avionics, Systems, and GNC teams to resolve shop floor issues and manage non-conformances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability hardware testing and integration.
• Experience with instrumentation and data acquisition systems (e.g., National Instruments, SQL).
• Proficiency with scripting or automation tools such as Python, LabVIEW, or MATLAB.
• Knowledge of ISO and AS9100 quality control standards.
• Must be eligible to work under ITAR regulations (U.S. Person).

Nice to have

• Experience with pneumatic testing at various pressures and volumes.
• Background in collegiate project teams like Formula SAE or Hybrid Electric Vehicles.
