What you will do

• Physically install, asset-tag, and inventory devices (phones, tablets, Macs, PCs, consoles/VR) into IDF rack environments.
• Configure devices at OS and network levels, including MDM enrollment, provisioning profiles, and ADB/CLI-based setup.
• Perform daily proactive health checks to identify and resolve connectivity drops, thermal issues, and failed devices.
• Provide break/fix support for hardware failures, including battery swaps, cable replacements, and component troubleshooting.
• Maintain auditable asset records and manage the end-to-end device retirement and recycling workflow.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical after-hours physical and remote interventions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, device lab management, or hardware support.
• Strong proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows devices.
• Experience with physical infrastructure, including IDF buildouts, rack-and-stack, and structured cabling.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Workspace ONE, or Intune.
• Basic knowledge of network configuration (VLANs, Wi-Fi, DNS, IP addressing).
• Must have valid US work authorization (some visa categories and H-1B sponsorship are not supported).

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation or ITAM certification/experience.
• Experience with ITAM/CMDB platforms like Jira Assets or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ADB, Xcode device management, or CLI-based tooling.
• Experience supporting CI/CD hardware environments or console devkits (Xbox, PlayStation).
