Salary: USD 105,500 - 243,000

What you will do

• Deconstruct technical and non-technical roles into future-relevant skills, specifically those emerging from AI and automation.
• Own and evolve the enterprise skills taxonomy, certifications, and proficiency models.
• Lead enterprise role-to-skills mapping across job families and career paths to align with business strategy.
• Partner with HRIS and IT to embed skills data into workforce planning and learning platforms.
• Analyze skills data to identify capability gaps and provide strategic recommendations to senior leaders.
• Manage large-scale global projects and programs impacting multiple business units.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
• 3+ years of experience as a talent analyst, workforce planning analyst, or in a similar L&D role.
• 6+ years of total professional experience, including managing large complex programs.
• Deep expertise in skills taxonomy design, job architecture, and workforce planning.
• Strong understanding of how AI, automation, and digital agents impact job design.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making in complex, matrixed global environments.
