• Execute the HR transformation agenda by translating future-state ambitions into practical, sequenced work plans and measurable outcomes.
• Develop a future-ready HR operating model by redesigning workflows to reduce duplication and improve consistency.
• Cultivate a product mindset within HR teams, focusing on user-centric design and outcome-based success metrics.
• Drive AI readiness and digital adoption by evolving roles, capabilities, and service expectations.
• Strengthen organizational effectiveness through workforce planning, role clarity, and talent reviews.
• Collaborate across COEs, Market HR, and HR Operations to align dependencies and remove execution barriers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in HRBP, HR transformation, or organizational effectiveness.
• Proven track record of moving complex strategies to execution in matrixed environments.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to iterate based on feedback and measure outcomes.
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled workflows, HR technology, and employee experience platforms.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to connect HR decisions to business value.
• Excellent executive storytelling and communication skills.
