Salary: $252,000 - $296,000

What you will do

• Partner with the CTO and CPO to shape people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning for the R&D organization.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced People Partners to deliver high-impact partnership.
• Drive organizational transformation, including succession planning, leadership effectiveness, and change management.
• Serve as a trusted executive coach to senior leaders, providing practical guidance and candid feedback.
• Support M&A activities, focusing on organizational design, talent assessment, and integration.
• Utilize organizational health metrics and employee feedback to influence executive decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive People experience in high-growth technology organizations.
• Proven success in organizational design, workforce planning, and executive coaching.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing People Partners.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions or significant organizational transformations.
• Must be based in San Francisco to adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
