Salary: $150,000 – $224,500

What you will do

• Design and deliver evidence-based learning experiences (live, virtual, asynchronous) for all stages of the performance cycle, including goal setting and calibration.
• Develop a curated library of enablement resources such as manager guides, playbooks, toolkits, and scenario-based e-learning modules.
• Partner with Product and Tech teams to embed AI-powered coaching nudges and personalized learning moments directly into HR platforms.
• Lead change management strategies and communications for PM&D updates, program launches, and AI-enabled innovations.
• Analyze program effectiveness and talent analytics to identify capability gaps and design data-driven learning solutions.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams with HRBPs, L&D, and Product teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of enablement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Program Management with enterprise-scale delivery.
• Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and evidence-based behavior change.
• 2+ years of hands-on content creation and change management experience.
• High proficiency with AI tools and a grounded perspective on how AI reshapes learning design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in Mountain View, CA; Atlanta, GA; or San Diego, CA.

Nice to have

• Certification in instructional design (ATD, CPTD) or change management (Prosci, CCMP).
• Experience applying product or design thinking methodologies to learning experience design.
• Experience embedding AI-powered features into HR or learning platforms.
