What you will do

• Penetrate assigned territories to sell co-employment and workforce solutions to private capital firms.
• Prospect relentlessly to build and maintain a pipeline that exceeds monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Cultivate and close new customers within the private capital sector.
• Manage client relations and accurately forecast sales cycle activities within internal systems.
• Represent the company at private capital conferences to educate the sector on the value proposition.
• Develop and manage relationships with referral partners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree desirable.
• Preferably 5 years of B2B selling experience.
• General knowledge of the private capital sector.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Strong negotiation, public speaking, and meeting facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• CBPA certification.
• Multi-year track record of successfully closing a high number of new customers in a lead role.
