Salary: $135,000–$155,000 base (Target total annual compensation: $260,000)

What you will do
- Lead by example by carrying a personal quota, prospecting, and closing new business alongside the team.
- Own team revenue performance by establishing clear activity expectations and identifying performance gaps.
- Coach Wealth Coaches through regular role-plays, call reviews, and deal strategy discussions.
- Recruit, onboard, and train remote sales professionals who align with company values.
- Maintain strong CRM discipline to improve pipeline visibility and provide reliable sales forecasts.
- Strengthen the sales operating system by documenting successful approaches into repeatable processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of successful consultative B2C or B2B sales experience.
- At least 2 years of experience hiring, training, and managing a quota-carrying sales team.
- Documented record of meeting personal sales goals and improving team revenue.
- Ability to proactively generate opportunities without relying solely on inbound leads.
- Experience leading remote teams using video meetings and CRM tools.
- Must be based in the USA and maintain working-hour overlap with Hawaii Standard Time.
