What you will do

• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage intercompany accounts by entity, accurately calculating monthly due-to/due-from amounts.
• Track, calculate, and record complex monthly expense accruals and conduct variance analyses.
• Identify and resolve close-process inefficiencies to optimize accounting timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary supporting documentation.
• Perform control procedures in compliance with the SOX control framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience working with NetSuite and FloQast.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.
