What you will do

• Manage prepaid expenses, including recording transactions and maintaining amortization schedules.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and track financial variances for assigned business units.
• Execute month-end, quarterly, and year-end close processes in accordance with GAAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and expense allocations.
• Assist in the integration of newly acquired companies into the corporate accounting structure.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including leveraging AI automation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3-5 years of experience in general ledger or corporate accounting.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate month-end close processes.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and NetSuite.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with year-end audit processes and procedures.
• CPA candidate status.
• Experience working in a rapidly scaling organization.
