What you will do

• Conceive and pitch innovative features to product and engineering teams.
• Drive end-to-end product design, including visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Design intuitive experiences and flows for advertisers, creators, and users.
• Define short and long-term product roadmaps for assigned areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
• Improve and evolve the enterprise design system.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing web and mobile applications.
• A strong portfolio showcasing professional work.
• Experience using AI tools for design and prototyping.
• Expert communication skills to effectively drive a design vision.
