Salary: $128,470.00 - $208,770.00

What you will do

• Define and evolve the visual language for operator-facing digital experiences across machine displays and embedded systems.
• Establish scalable UI frameworks, interaction patterns, and design system foundations.
• Collaborate with UX and Engineering teams to transform complex workflows into clear, effective user interfaces.
• Define standards for typography, iconography, color, spacing, and motion.
• Create and communicate future-state concepts through visual design and interactive prototypes.
• Provide craft leadership through design critiques and reviews to ensure visual excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in UI Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual hierarchy, typography, and interaction design.
• Deep understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD) and user-centered design principles.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Mossville, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
