What you will do

• Define the multi-year UX vision and strategy across the full digital and physical product portfolio.
• Lead and scale a multidisciplinary team of 12 designers, researchers, and content strategists.
• Establish scalable design systems and standardized experience language for app, web, and hardware.
• Integrate AI tools into design and research workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Industrial Design leadership to influence roadmap and investment decisions.
• Build research maturity by scoping studies around actionable business questions.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in UX Design, Research, or Content Strategy.
• At least 6 years leading multi-disciplinary experience organizations with ownership of org design and hiring.
• Proven track record of executive-level UX strategy in a consumer-facing DTC environment.
• Hands-on fluency with AI design and research tools and a strong perspective on their application.
• Experience driving business outcomes such as conversion, activation, and retention.
• Capacity for C-suite level influence and clear communication of complex experience trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Experience working in hardware plus software (IoT) or connected home environments.
• Expertise in consumer electronics UX.
