What you will do

• Lead the design development and delivery of in-vehicle digital experiences across assigned product areas.
• Create high-quality visual concepts, mood boards, UI assets, prototypes, and production-ready graphics.
• Translate user needs, brand direction, and technical constraints into elegant and intuitive design solutions.
• Lead design reviews and communicate design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive alignment between design and engineering to deliver consistent experiences across multiple screen sizes.
• Mentor junior designers and establish visual quality standards for the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience designing digital UIs for automotive, embedded, or other complex products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished visual craft and UX problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Must have permanent US work authorization; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• Hybrid work: required to report to the office at least 3 times a week.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience in automotive digital interface design.
• Experience developing brand-forward digital experiences and interface design systems.
• Skills in prototyping, motion design, animation, or interaction storytelling.
• Experience applying heuristic evaluations and usability findings to refine UI designs.
