What you will do

• Lead the design of next-generation digital interfaces where users interact with autonomous AI agents.
• Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes that demonstrate the real-world value of the hirify.global portfolio.
• Craft visually stunning interface experiences that transform dense technical concepts into intuitive, high-impact narratives.
• Collaborate with UX Governance to resolve digital friction points and optimize conversion velocity.
• Establish standards for the hirify.global digital design system, including accessibility and mobile-first responsiveness.
• Partner with Brand, Product, and IT teams to maintain a unified "One hirify.global" design language.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in UX/Product Design or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
• Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS or infrastructure technology company.
• Expert-level command of Adobe, Figma, and interactive prototyping tools.
• Technical fluency in cloud-native architectures, APIs, and data structures.
• Must be based in the United States.
