What you will do

• Develop tools that enable designers to create prototypes using production components and real customer data.
• Lead the development of principles, standards, and scalable frameworks for motion and prototyping.
• Create high-impact proofs of concept and provocations to demonstrate the possibilities of UI code.
• Architect scalable, code-based design systems with integrated design intention.
• Integrate agentic AI into product experiences to ensure they feel natural, helpful, and human.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive bold experiences that elevate platform coherence and quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in design technology, UX engineering, motion design, or web development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of pushing UI boundaries through experimentation and tool development.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects in a timely and self-directed manner.
• Based in San Diego, CA or Mountain View, CA
