What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire control, and building management systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections of roofs, mechanical, and electrical rooms.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility systems, including carpentry and minor electrical tasks.
• Provide recommendations and guidance on equipment upgrades and facility improvements.
• Maintain inventory of all issued tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Assist in coordinating construction projects and natural disaster recovery efforts.

Requirements

• Training and certification in HVAC or Operating Engineer technologies.
• At least 2 years of field experience or equivalent technical training.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills for Building Automation Systems.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and routinely climb 28 ft ladders.
• English: Ability to read and write for understanding manuals and instructions.
