What you will do

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems, including chillers, pumps, and air handlers.
• Perform daily inspections of computer facilities and labs to prevent equipment failures.
• Act as the first point of contact for security emergencies such as power outages, floods, or alarm triggers.
• Maintain and repair industrial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Execute light construction, carpentry, painting, and furniture modifications.
• Monitor temperature and air quality to ensure a safe environment for staff.

Requirements

• Proven skills and experience in building maintenance and physical systems operation.
• Proficiency with facility management software and office tools like Google Workspace.
