What you will do

• Independently troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on critical building systems to ensure operational standards.
• Manage service contractors during both routine and emergency repairs.
• Document all maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of equipment readings.
• Provide mentoring and training to junior engineers and technicians.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFC, and NFPA safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of job-related experience or commensurate trade certification.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.
• Valid work authorization for the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to read and write English for manuals, procedures, and reporting.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, stoop, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• CFC Certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Advanced proficiency with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Familiarity with fire alarm and life safety systems.
• Knowledge of blueprints and code requirements.
