Salary: $111,350–$135,000 per year, depending on relevant skills and experience.

What you will do

• Support the Security Director in leading, developing, and supporting security team members.
• Protect employees, clients, company assets, and the Landmark store environment.
• Support security-related business needs in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the security team in delivering a positive Tiffany experience from beginning to end.
• Contribute to store safety, profitability, and service as part of the retail management team.
• Support physical security, sales and service excellence, talent development, and events.

Requirements

• Experience and skills relevant to leading a retail security function.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Leadership, mentoring, coaching, and security subject-matter expertise.
• Ability to support the protection of employees, clients, and company assets.
