Sr Manager Executive Protection

Location: El Segundo, California, United States; onsite at hirify.global HQ.

Annual base pay: $142,000–$175,000.

What you will do

• Lead global executive protection, protective intelligence, and executive workplace security operations for senior leadership.
• Conduct threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments covering executives, residences, workplaces, events, and domestic and international travel.
• Develop travel security plans, emergency response protocols, protective measures, and crisis response activities for high-risk environments.
• Create and improve executive protection policies, standards, procedures, governance frameworks, training programs, and reporting processes.
• Manage executive protection vendors, armed security providers, budgets, procurement activities, executive drivers, and vehicle resources.
• Lead and mentor security personnel, analysts, drivers, and cross-functional partners while advising leadership on threat management and protective operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in executive protection, corporate security, military, or law enforcement, including 3 or more years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, observational, crisis management, written and verbal communication, collaboration, and open-source intelligence skills.
• Proficiency in first aid, defensive driving, and evasive driving.
• Ability to manage high-stress situations with discretion, confidentiality, adaptability, integrity, and professional judgment.
• Availability for frequent, short-notice travel and work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice to have

• CCW certification.
• CPP, EPS, or a comparable international security or executive protection certification.
• Global experience, multilingual ability, and strong geographic knowledge.
