Regional Safety Manager - Supply Chain - East

Location: Field-based role covering Elizabethtown, PA; Upper Marlboro, MD; and Cedar Rapids, IA, US. Travel required up to 50%.

Salary: $96,000–$154,000 annually in Iowa and Pennsylvania; $110,000–$183,000 annually in Maryland.

What you will do

• Supervise safety leaders across the region, including recruiting, development, and performance oversight.
• Develop and implement environmental, health, and safety strategies across supply chain facilities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
• Use risk assessments to identify and eliminate hazards, establish improvement plans, and implement emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Support incident investigations, safety audits, training, safety scorecards, and regulatory documentation.
• Build safety accountability, employee engagement, and an integrated safety plan across facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent military or professional experience.
• Certified Safety Professional or Certified Industrial Hygienist certification required.
• 8–10 years of environmental, health, and safety experience, including leading facility safety audits.
• 5 years of experience managing people leaders.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional Suite, including intermediate Excel knowledge.
