TL;DR
Associate Technical Analyst (Genesys Cloud): Supporting the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Genesys Cloud environment and its integrations with EPIC EHR with an accent on interaction routing, IVR flows, and system performance. Focus on troubleshooting end-user issues, ensuring platform security and compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new technical capabilities.
Location: Must be based in Pennsylvania (Remote or Hybrid)

What you will do
- Configure and maintain Genesys Cloud environments, including routing, IVR flows, and voice/chat bots.
- Manage user ID provisioning and integrations with software and hardware, including EPIC EHR.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated end-user technical issues.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and IT teams to implement new capabilities and ensure platform reliability.
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations to ensure security and compliance.
- Assist in capturing business requirements and supporting the technology delivery lifecycle.
Requirements
- Must be based in Pennsylvania to support office-based or hybrid requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience with Genesys Cloud or similar contact center telephony platforms.
- Understanding of IT system maintenance, security, and governance standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in documenting technical requirements and project status.
Nice to have
- EPIC EHR certification.
- Genesys Certified Professional.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or TOGAF certification.
- CompTIA A+ certification.
