What you will do

• Monitor system availability, performance, and operational health of the HIX platform.
• Investigate and coordinate the resolution of production issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Coordinate application releases, upgrades, and patch management across Production, QA, and Staging environments.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards using SQL and QuickSight to track performance indicators.
• Manage digital certificates, software inventories, and comprehensive operational documentation.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams using Jira and ServiceNow.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in IT operations, systems support, or business operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for creating reports and validating data.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Proven track record in production monitoring and release/patch management.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Quincy, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Health Insurance Exchange (HIX/IES), Medicaid, MassHealth, or HHS systems.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments and Dynatrace monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in QuickSight reporting and Linux scripting.
• Experience using SQL Developer, Toad, or similar database tools.
• Background in state government or public-sector environments.
