Salary: $128,200 – $187,933 USD

What you will do

• Design and own the executive operating cadence, including business reviews and board reporting.
• Build and maintain the Business Analytics function, including integrated executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment and tracking of strategic workstreams.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques to model revenue scenarios and quantify strategic impact.
• Partner with Technology, AI, and Data teams to ensure robust data infrastructure and governance.
• Act as a trusted advisor and proxy to senior leadership, translating strategy into structured execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business operations, analytics, or strategy.
• Proven track record supporting P&L-owning senior executives in a large, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical depth with experience building financial models and KPI frameworks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including board-level material preparation.
• Ability to build an analytics function from a limited foundation.
• Must be located in one of the eligible countries: USA, Canada, UK, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, or Spain.
