Salary: $110,000 – $165,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day strategic insights relationships with a leading OTC and Personal Care manufacturer.
• Translate category performance, consumer behavior, and retailer dynamics into actionable business recommendations.
• Coach and develop a team of insights associates to strengthen their analytical thinking and storytelling capabilities.
• Partner with the VP of Insights and cross-functional teams to align with joint business priorities.
• Deliver high-impact insights and business reviews to senior client stakeholders.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and strategic relevance of all deliverables.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in CPG, consumer insights, analytics, or professional services.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite a minimum of two days per week in New Providence, NJ.
• Proven experience leading and coaching teams in data analysis and client-ready communication.
• Experience with syndicated data tools such as hirify.global, Circana, panel, RMS/POS, or scan data.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
