Location: Must reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA (USA) or Ontario (Canada)

Salary: $170k – $210k + Equity

What you will do

• Embed within a core business unit (Growth, Product, AI & Automation, or Strategic Partnerships) to own the analytical function end-to-end.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear hypotheses and actionable data questions.
• Define key metrics, build reports, and design experiments to drive business KPIs.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver data-backed recommendations and drive their execution.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment banking, or high-growth tech.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and influence decisions at the executive level.
• Must currently reside in the specified US states or Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with Clickhouse, Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
