What you will do

• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes.
• Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for vendors.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records and documentation.
• Support compliance initiatives and internal policy alignment.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process standardization, automation, and AI tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and IT to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Experience, or Compliance.
• Proven experience managing benefits administration and HR documentation.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 documentation practices.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
